- To become a pro, you need relevant skills or qualifications in your field, a government-issued ID, proof of address, and the ability to pass our background verification process. Specific requirements vary by service category.
- How much does it cost to join?
- It's completely free to apply and join our platform. We only take a small service fee from each completed job to maintain the platform and provide ongoing support.
- How do I get paid?
- After completing a job, payment is released from the client's escrow account to your connected bank account or payment method. Most payments are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Can I work part-time?
- Absolutely! You have complete flexibility to choose when and how much you work. Many of our pros use the platform as a side income source while others make it their full-time career.
- What happens if there's a dispute with a client?
- Our dedicated support team helps mediate any disputes between pros and clients. We have a structured resolution process to ensure fair outcomes for all parties involved.
