Why we built it

Most people have a story about a home repair that went sideways.

The contractor who stopped answering. The quote that doubled once the work started. The afternoon spent waiting for someone who never showed. Hiring help for your home means letting a stranger inside it, and it should not feel like a gamble.

The people doing the work have their own version. Good tradespeople lose evenings chasing leads that go nowhere, driving out to quote jobs that were never real, and waiting on payment for work they finished weeks ago.

We built BaaiCore to fix both sides of that at once: clear requests, checked pros, written quotes, and payment handled in one place instead of in cash on the doorstep.

    Hear from local pros

    Pros who cover your area and do that kind of work send quotes. You see their profile, checks and reviews next to the price.

    Pick someone and book

    Choose the quote that suits you. Timing, notes and messages stay in one place, so nothing lives in a text thread.

  4. 04

    Confirm it is done

    When the pro marks the work complete, you sign it off — and then leave a review for the next person.

    Tell us whether you work on your own or run a company, confirm your identity, and add any licences your trade needs.

    Choose your work

    Pick the services you offer, the area you cover and the hours you are available. You only see jobs that fit.

    Quote in writing

    Send a clear price for the job as described. If the scope changes on site, it gets written down, not argued about later.

  4. 04

    Get paid

    Payouts go to your bank account through Stripe, so you are not chasing invoices or cash.

A profile on BaaiCore is not a sign-up form. These checks happen before a pro can quote, and the ones that expire have to be renewed.

BaaiCore

  • Identity

    Every pro verifies a government-issued ID before they can quote.

  • Company registration

    Companies prove they are registered, and name the person authorized to act for them.

  • Licences and certificates

    Required for trades that need them by law, before you can offer that work.

  • Background checks

    Required wherever the category calls for them, including for team members sent to jobs.

  • Reviews from real jobs

    Reviews can only be left once a booked job is complete, so they come from real work.
